The WPL 2024
Mumbai Indians, under the captaincy of Harmanpreet Kaur, defeated the Delhi Capitals in the final match and lifted the trophy. These two teams will once again clash in the first match of the WPL 2024 on 23 February. Last year, all the matches were held in the two stadiums of Mumbai; this year, the matches will be played in Delhi and Bengaluru.
The second edition of the WPL will follow the same rules as last year. Once the league stage matches are finished, the top three teams in the points table will enter the playoffs. The team in the number one position will be the first finalist, while the other two teams will play the eliminator match, and the winner will become the second finalist.
