Left-arm spinner Shahbaz Ahmed has been a part of the RCB squad since his IPL debut in 2020. He played 39 matches for the team in which he scored 321 runs and took 14 wickets. But last year 2023, RCB traded him to the Sunrisers Hyderabad in return for Mayank Dagar.
Shahbaz was bought back by the RCB team at INR 2.4 crore and he’ll be joining Hyderabad in the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League receiving the same amount. On the other hand, Hyderabad bought Dagar at INR 1.8 Crore and he will also receive the same fee from the Bengaluru franchise. Mayank Dagar was born in Delhi on 11 November 1996. His cricketing journey began at a young age. He worked hard to improve his cricketing skills and was selected for the 2016 Under-19 World Cup squad. There he shared a dressing room with future stars like Rishabh Pant and Washington Sundar.
